Watching one of the many crazy rain storms we've had recently (and probably bummed he wasn't out in it....this boy loves crazy wind and rain and just laughs when getting caught in it)

Food!!

We have been blessed with a little boy who LOVES to eat!!! Being from an orphanage is a reason with the constantly wanting to eat (and saving the last bite at any meal, sometimes carrying the empty bowl or plate around with him, etc.) but we also feel there is a lot more flavor to everything we are giving Brayden then what he was getting. 

Some of the more unique foods this toddler doesn't shake his head to would be: quinoa, couscous, kiwi, cherry tomatoes (12 in one sitting.....after a full meal!!), edamame, and kale. 

On the other hand, he knows what is in a Steak 'n Shake cup and is signing "more" before we even give him a bite :)

This past weekend Bray finally figured out a sippy cup!! :) he was soooo proud of himself, and Benson and I were soooo relieved that he'll be drinking a lot more again (pre surgery he probably would have 40 oz on average). 

Day care transition the past two weeks have gone smoothly and they have fallen in love with our little snuggle bug (I mean, how can you not?!?!) just a few more weeks of school and then a new fun summer schedule!!! 

Yay!!

Had Brayden's palate check in today and the doctor was very happy!! :) we don't have to go back for 6 months and next week he can eat "sharp" things! So happy and grateful tonight....lots of praise!! Thank you for your prayers!!
