Cutest Coach Ever!!

Benson coaches three sports at his middle school and it is obviously rubbing off ;)

We went to visit him after a stop at the park on one of the last warm days of the fall (yes, yes I know...I've been HORRIBLE at updating the blog!  If it makes you feel better, I've been really bad at keeping up with his monthly journal I started when he got home, wrote in for 3 months and then not again until 10 months later!  Oops!!)

Brayden started to get a little restless so Benson gave him his whistle.  He LOVED it!!  I'm pretty sure I heard comments from the boy's basketball team about liking Bray better as a coach ;)

Man, this coaching is hard work!

What do I have to do around here to get a little respect?!?!

That's it, no more Mr. Nice Guy!

We then visited Auntie Becky in her classroom and Bray's eye's lit up....not when he saw her, but when he saw ALL the cabinets (sorry Becky!!).  And when he realized they weren't baby proofed....BEST day ever for our little man!! :)  Most people get super worried about what's in the cabinets that wouldn't be safe for him, but he just likes to open and slam them (in about two months is when he'll start to take everything out....I mean, that's what I'm predicting ;)

Halloween try 2

Yes, I know it's January and I'm finally finishing the Halloween post ;)

See, he really was faster than a speeding bullet :)

We got him to stay seated and smile by one of us jumping behind the one with the camera.  For some reason, Bray thinks it's hilarious when people jump.

The bucket on the right is from a student.  Her mom makes them as her side job and it was a perfect gift for Brayden because all of a sudden he was VERY in to throwing anything and everything into different containers, so the fact that he had two was a very exciting day ;)  He has a method to his madness, although Benson and I can't figure out his "pattern".  He is so particular that he would not take candy from my principal when we went in for the school party because that was not in his bucket!  Two of my students (both girls) were in the office delivering candy when we arrived and they took Bray up to our classroom as I put on my costume.  The charmer that he is, he takes their hands and just walks off with them, without even a look back to me!  I get up there and he is in the far corner of my classroom taking the items out of his bucket and throwing them back in and opening up my cabinet doors of course.  He pretty much ignored my class, who thought that was the funniest thing!!  He was so into it that he didn't even realize there was food in the room!

Trying to "fly" away :)  His socks have the Superman S on them :)  There was no way I was going to be able to get a picture of those though!
