That changed at the hotel though!!! A hungry and 30 minute nap only Brayden is not a fun Brayden, not that we blame him poor kiddo. While I walked him up the hall trying to calm him down, he started giggling and it caught the attention of our friends Nora and Sara. Sara's daughter was napping, so Nora came to see if it was in fact Brayden giggling (he has the BEST laugh!!!!). We hadn't seen them since yesterday mornings adventure as they had to applly for Maddy's passport yesterday, so we made plans for dinner (the family we traveled with today recommended the Asian restaurant in our hotel over the buffet and we can't eat another slice of pizza!) we finally got some food to satisfy the beast and it was time for dinner. Deluxe was a white linen table cloth dining establishment that didn't bat an eye to two kids under the age of two (Maddy's is 2 weeks older than Brayden). We were there for an hour and a half and they were amazing! We left a pretty good size mess under the table, but they ate their own food while sitting on our laps. It was great catching up with Nora and Sara. We feel like it's college again....with munchkins attached :) Benson and I (and Brayden of course) ate breakfast by ourselves today as we had to leave the hotel by 7:30 and they returned late from their passport trip so we all said it felt weird not seeing each other for so long ;)
We have the next three days as free days and there isn't much to do around here so we'll see what happens. We will be returning to Walmart as Benson found the weirdest diapers and of course the directions are in Chinese (yes, they need/have directions).
Hey momma!!!! :-)))) Thanks for sharing your experience!! Love reading about your journey!! Sooo excited and thrilled for all 3 of you!! We are praying for you guys & cannot wait to meet this precious bundle of joy, Brayden!!! Love you guys!!
